Addressing the low volume of server interactions by designing mechanisms to incentivise active participation. The URA does not need to be a centralised community but it should be a common-sense resource for member regions' leadership as well as an approachable space for participation in our central goals: World Assembly influence, cooperation, and collaboration.
Review Executive Policy & Strengthen the Alliance
As part of the larger cabinet committee, failing or rotting systems should be reviewed during the more active period while it is here. Alliance systems should be built so that they do not fall apart during the low activity periods. This may include being open to changing the nature of the executive committee.
Outreach & Foreign Affairs
The foreign policy of the alliance must be more obvious and properly tiered by priority. We must work to maintain established relationships, present a more interactive tone with larger delegates, and above all else facilitate positive relationships within the alliance's member states. We must be brave as well as honest in our dealings internally and externally.
In-Character and Inter-Community Integrations
We should provide sound opportunities for the IC governments of our alliance members to interact. The variability of themes within the alliance makes direct influence between member states difficult and our alliance is well placed to act as a black-box to translate and telegraph interactions between communities which may otherwise be incapable of interacting.

When I saw the opportunity to run for Director of Foreign Affairs of the URA, I knew I had to take that risk. This role is a serious one, and I acknowledge the importance of it. But I am here because it is my passion. I love working and getting involved, which is why I am the Minister of Foreign Affairs of HUE - a two-month-old region and a URA member region. With me in control, the diplomacy of HUE quickly grew. And I am confident that the URA can succeed if given the same opportunity.
I plan to get thoroughly involved in this alliance, but this is only the first step towards getting higher and higher in the ranks. It has come to the attention of the Provisional Government of the Union of Allied States that the rights promised to us by the United Regions Alliance upon our membership have not been properly fulfilled.
In the United Regions Alliance charter, Chapter 1 Article 2, it lists one of the purposes of the URA “ To achieve interregional co-operation in assisting struggling regions in areas of recruitment, population, activity, and community” with few outlying exceptions, the URA has Failed the Union of Allied States in this mission, sitting by idly, leaving our region in a status of stagnation and neglect for the past year, and has therefore broken one of it’s key
obligations to member regions.
It is therefore with heavy heart, that the Provisional Government of the Union of Allied States formally withdraws it’s membership from the United Regions Alliance and all rights and privileges thereof, this 7th day of October, 2023 A.D.

Why?
The proposal is made by Carcassonne for Carcassonne, the proposal can be used to secure their region incase of a raider attack, it is a security tool to defend themselves against foreign invaders that they have every right to use, it is also worth noting that if the proposal was proposed in the midst of an invader attack, there is a possibility the proposal will be stalled and sabotaged with another proposal, which could benefit the raiders in winning the region, so there is no other things to do other than support the proposal.

By vote of the alliance cabinet and the acquiescence of the civil council, in accordance to Article 10 of the United Regions Alliance Charter - notably a violation of the principle of solidarity in voting as a primary obligation of the alliance for a period greater than 6 months and lack of participation on the part of the administration of the region within the alliance more generally - the region of Philippines is hereby removed as a member of the United Regions Alliance. This removal does not constitute a permanent proscription from re-joining the alliance in the future if the regional administration manages to recover.

The URA Recommends a Vote FOR General Assembly vote on Dual Citizenship Arrangements.
The proposal regulates Dual Citizenship and creates arrangements for Dual Citizenship so that discrimination of Dual Citizens or prevention of emigration wouldn't happen, however, it is clarified not to affect World Assembly Nations that prohibit Dual Citizenship in their nation, the proposal would prevent World Assembly nations to create different levels of citizenship or nationality so that the Dual Citizen would be the citizen of the whole nation and not just sub-portions, which would benefit that Dual Citizen.
In short, the proposal creates regulations to prevent the discrimination and loopholes that can be made by World Assembly Nations for its Dual Citizens, while not affecting World Assembly states that don't allow Dual Citizenship.
