Senate Passes War Powers Act, Granting President Additional Control of Military Operations
The Senate passed the controversial War Powers Act last night in a very close vote. Tribunal Convenes in San Kong, Volkov Charged
Alexei Volkov and Dimitri Semenov have been charged along with thirty other officials and members of the Congress of Comrades for genocide and a number of crimes against humanity. Trial on these charges will be held in San Kong at the Niao Dao Halls of Justice. This will be the first trial of Zloveschiyan officials for the genocide of native peoples on the island. Op-Ed: Terraconserva International Court Charges Terranihil
Twenty plus members of the Terranihilian Department of the Interior have been charged with crimes against humanity for their complicity in the ethnic cleansing of the Kavardan people. Warrants have been issued, but as yet the Terranilian national government seems uninterested in enforcing them. Furthermore, ACES seems uninterested in moving in to close the camps as required by treaty. We can only hope that they will have the impetus to move to enforce international justice soon.
New Illyrian Political Freedom Assurance Committee (NIPFAC) Report (Media Version) on the April 1st, 2024, New Illyrian Congressional Election
The New Illyrian Political Freedom Assurance Committee (NIPFAC) has completed a comprehensive investigation into the April 1st, 2024, New Illyrian Congressional Election. We have found credible evidence that the ruling Vanguardist Party (AP) has blatantly engaged in election manipulation and voter suppression. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of votes have either gone missing or were not included in the final vote count. Voter turnout was abysmally low in some states, such as Ferunicum SS, Italia Orientalis, The Eisley SS, Uralis SS, and Zapolonia SS recorded that a less then a quarter of the population in each of the respective states voted.
The NIPFAC recommends that the Government of New Illyricum, specifically the Chamber of Internal Affairs, implements the following changes before the April 23rd election:
- A recount of all votes from the April 1st Election, with officials from the NIPFAC observing and confirming the counting of the votes.
- Should the results of the recount not satisfy our expectations for a fair and free election, that a new election is authorized by the New Illyrian government
- In the case that new elections are necessary:
- Increase the number of NIPFAC officials present at the polling stations.
- Make participation in the new election mandatory, punishable by fines.
- Offer public transportation to and from voting locations
- Authorize increased New Illyrian and ACES security forces at all voting infrastructure, including polling locations, and transportation.
- The Chamber of Internal Affairs and/or the New Illyrian government, provide the NIPFAC with the internal documents regarding the demographics of the April 1st election and the April 23rd election.
We warn the New Illyrian government that interference in democratic processes and suppressing the will of the people, is in violation of the Pretoria Palace Accords, and will not be tolerated by this committee, nor the countries overseeing it.

The NIPFAC has confirmed, through its investigation into the April 1st New Illyrian Congressional Election, that the Vanguardist Party (AP) has engaged in quote “blatant election manipulation and voter suppression.”
In September of 2023, in an effort to prevent a widespread and bloody conflict from happening in one of the world’s most unstable regions, we signed the Pretoria Palace Accords. We have unwaveringly upheld the commitments we made to New Illyricum in the Accords, unfortunately New Illyricum has thus far, failed to uphold their commitments. Regrettably, we are prepared to pull out of the Accords, should New Illyricum not fully comply with the recommendations put forth in the NIPFAC report. If New Illyricum continues showing blatant disregard for the commitments they made in the Pretoria Palace Accords, we will be forced to withdraw from the Accords.
Through the proper diplomatic channels, the New Illyrian government has been made aware in no uncertain terms of the consequences of failing to uphold the Pretoria Palace Accords. All options remain on the table, including both peaceful and military interventions, as of now.
Regardless of the events of the coming days and weeks, ACES remains committed to in bringing peace, democracy, and stability to New Illyricum, Neosur, and the rest of the world. Democratic People Republic of NorthKorea being carried by one Boeing AH-64 Apache helicopter with three high ranking and five low ranking government officials being carried by three Boeing CH-47 Chinook transport helicopters.
It has been to our attention at this time both North Korean Su-25UT's has intercepted the helicopters and are now escorting the helicopters towards Pyongyang Sunan International Airport.
Air control channel has been switched and the North Korean air traffic tower is operating.
