Yantère(Mountain Infantry)- While Vínfalov-Meyle isn't a mountainous region many of the borderlands consist of mountain ranges that spread to Spezia and Buzhan. Culminating in the need for a Light Infantry Mountain Force. Primarily operating as first contact, and scouting patrols these soldiers are considered the first line of defense along the southern border where they are primarily posted and thus expected to maintain a level of training and discipline.

This has the drawback of providing a smaller possible force to mobilize but they can mobilize much faster than other contemporaries from the more streamlined laws and they tend to receive stronger conscripts leading to a slightly above average quality of soldiers. Having a strong history of various warrior women and powerful female leaders has led to no restrictions on females entering the military. Helping balance the more restrictive and traditional conscripting.

Ippikó(Cavalry)-In Medieval times the Cavalry of Vínfalov-Meyle was unmatched in the region. Thanks to the culmination of wealth in the small nation they were able to pay for only the highest quality for their only true standing forces in the era. The 2nd Cherry War proved their power as they handed the Duristani their first ever truly decisive defeat. In the age of gunpowder the Cavalry of Vínfalov-Meyle still remains a prestigous position. Although their role has been slowly changing over the generations to operate as a highly elite Infantry force that can ride on horseback to quickly respond to any threat or armed incursion of their nation.
