Why is Agito Caetuna considered a national hero?
I'll have to read back, but if I remember it right, I had him lead a suppression of insurgents in the south of the country and a crackdown on relgious zealots, all before the current events. On the surface he's a war hero, but underneath all the fighting made him into an nihilist. I haven't decided where to ultimately take the character, so I'm open to RP suggestions, even up to killing him off at some point.

Reply done. its short but i wanted to keep things moving. I reason I had the Sargent ask his question was I have planned for Ryan to meet the Empress not to long after the end of operation to receive a special honor in service of his country.
Perhaps Katakura can attend it?
We can do that, I was planning to have Katakura ask Robinson specifically for Ryan's participation in the operation, and have Meiya go though the proper communications channels.
I was thinking one of the Orien Bkl Ops guys survives and goes on the run since he has knowledge of Faceless's identiy.
On that note, things are going to be a bit crazy for me the next couple of days, so my replies for a little while are going to be more on the shorter side.

I was also thinking we do something that ties up the formal communications, like Meiya tries to go though the formal channels but something ties things up, hence Katakura acting on her own initiative based on "there isn't time..."
Not sure how I feel about that because then how would the Empress know about what Ryan did to receive his honor? Unless the Empress got informed after the operation was done.
I'm thinking Meiya gets though eventually while the operation is well underway, and both governments retroactively sanction the operation.
