BREAKING NEWS: GEN. RAMSES FOUND GUILTY OF ISSUING 'UNLAWFUL ORDER'
Gen. Ramses Pualani, who was removed as Prime Minister when the RAF Joint Chiefs dissolved the Evergreen Senate and declared martial law, has been found guilty of issuing an unlawful order to launch an EMP device in defense of Cable Island during the conflict with the Staidish Covenwealth. According to commanders, Gen. Pualani violated a tenant of RAF doctrine, which only allows the use of nuclear weapons "if the survival of the nation is threatened." The Staidish government's multiple attempts to communicate with the office of Gen. Pualani during the SCA seige of Cable Island were part of the evidence used against Gen. Pualani. "Not only was the survival of the nation's existence not threatened, the SCA was actively attempting to facilitate an evacuation of Cable Island," said an RAF judge. "Staidear's further withdrawal from Malker and Berte displayed a contraction of the theater of conflict by the time Gen. Pualani issued the order to launch the EMP directly over Cable Island," the decision released by the tribunal continued. The verdict formally discharges Gen. Pualani from the RAF dishonorably and removes his regency from the Lýderis. Sentencing has yet to be decided but is expected shortly.
Lýderis Issues Pardon for Gen. Ramses Following RAF Tribunal Conviction
A statement released from 1 Dáxlamic Boulevard in Samanthalán, the official residence of the Lýderis, has issued a formal Lýderal Pardon for Gen. Ramses Pualani following his conviction by an RAF tribunal for the issuance of an unlawful order during a conflict with Staidear. The statment reads that Gen. Pualani will remain dishonorably discharged from the RAF but will serve no time as a result of his conviction. The pardon saves Gen. Ramses from a lifetime in exile or incarceration and instead grants him his freedom, albeit without political freedom. Reporters are currently gaining additional reactions from around the nation. Explination for the pardon was not given in the statement from the Lýderal Residence but many are speculating that the Lýderis spared Gen. Pualani from a severe sentence due to Gen. Pualani's former status as the Lýderis's adopted father by law, a status which has been terminated "and will remain as such," according to the Lýderal Residence.

World Assembly (WA) membership is required for membership in Declansburg's regional assembly. WA status helps regional officials verify your nation, and allows fairness in our regional votes.

Declansburg is served by an elected Prime Minister who also represents the region as WA Delegate in the World Assembly. 3.) Register On Our Offsite Forums & Join Our Discord

DÁXLAMIC CHURCH ISSUES ANGRY RESPONSE TO LATEST SHAMING
Anger is mounting inside One Dáxlamic Boulevard at a series of condemnations against the Evergreen Republic, all issued from states that once blatantly took advantage of New Bradfordsburg's formerly open borders under disgraced Gen. Ramses Pualani to spread their own religious agendas and political ideology. Nations like 
Vobron, which --- until recently --- had occupied 
Jordanya, have been leading the charge to condemn the Evergreen Republic and the Dáxlamic Church - for the crime of trying to convert the masses by peaceful means of persuasion. Church leaders said their own efforts at conversion are no different from once prevalent efforts by foreign religions to convert citizens of the Evergreen Republic: except that Dáxlam is a domestic faith, one enshrined in the identity of our revolutionary nation. The church issued the following proclamation, signed by the Lýderis, after the latest condemnation from Voxmire.
Proclamation on Efforts to Condemn the Dáxlamic Evergreen Republic
In witness of the heinous attempts to mischaracterize our nation, and stated falsehoods --- such as that we are converting minority religions by force --- it is hereby proclaimed that all further statements to this effect shall be considered statements of slander and are clear acts of war against the Evergreen Republic.
The Dáxlamic Church, as the protector of this nation and all peoples within, takes extreme exception to the characterizations labeled against us, which are based in ignorance. The practice of differing faiths is not only protected in the Evergreen Republic by Dáxlamic Law, but it has long been a guiding principle of our faith. So be it proclaimed. The narrative of falsehood that plagues our story, and our people, is a sabotage against billions of Evergreen Republicans who, by the means of patriotic embrace, have lifted up our Church to this role as the Evergreen Republic's decidedly chosen, both by blood and by consent, main and true function of state.
