There’s a few Americans whose families have lived in America since colonial times and still have accents that are almost indistinguishable from the ones in England. They’ve become a rare breed, though, because of mass media influencing accents of youths.

Maybe some Southern group starts ‘returning to their roots’ or something before they somehow influence the remodelling of the US. So that’s why America/Kyria speaks and acts more English.
