I just unlocked the banner "Another Day Older and Deeper in Debt" (description: "Teach children about the harshness of life early"). Child labor has been legal for quite some time, so I guess this has further requirements, probably looking at how good/bad my economy is? All I did was give better pay to better-performing workers. Of which we apparently don't have many, since it made average income go down.

There are already some in existence of course some defenders keep searchable world factbook and flag databases and of course the NS Boneyard and the wayback machine but a resource of that kind is always welcome.
