I accidently added Capital Punishment policy on one of my puppet nations. What type of issue will remove it?

The issue will either be straightforward and just give you the option to keep or remove capital punishment, or it will have multiple options proposing various ways of execution, ranging from humane to violating whatever fancy law GA might have passed and it will end with a person in abject horror and let you end the policy.
