Multiple figures clad in black clothing ranging from tactical combat gear to everyday clothing, moved around briskly varying various crates onto ships, with some driving forklifts or even driving vehicles onto the ships themselves. Speaking of the ships their are a few very large cargo ships but many are much smaller there's are even a few subs, almost all these ships have some sort of weaponry from anti aircraft to anti sub or anti ship equipment though only lightly armed, most of the security detail are subs, smaller fast attack boats, and even a few warships, although the recent wars had taken out many Roman government warships, the Lupa Mafioso had been relatively untouched due to many assets being hidden away in other countries or in "muesums". Although most of their assets managed to escape the war the second and third romanic war saw the sinking of dozens of their warships and 100s of their fast attack ships, the fast attack boats were thankfully easily replaced but the warships were going to take longer to procur. The Lupa Mafioso is one of the largest mafiosos in the world. They held connections across the world especially I'm romanic imperuim. Many large scale crimes such as the Tegrotu museum theft where thrives made off with 2 billion dracma's worth of artifacts, were associated with them but deals, not enough evidence, and a tiny bit of corruption kept them from ever getting caught. Despite being a large crime organization they hardly ever killed. They never undertookacts of terror eithe,r unless the government paid them to commit some in an enemy country. The shipments were bound for the pac dermanian front. The weapons and vehicles would be sold to both sides. The Lupa Mafioso didn't cate about this foreign war all they wanted was money and materials to rebuild the country which they lived in, a country that currently had the largest food shortage ever seen in the country since over a 1000 years ago. Millions were starving and hungry. The governments could only do so much, even if their were not sanctions in place that banned import and export, their was not even close to enough money to buy anything. So The Lupa Mafioso came forward they presented a deal to the government, The Lupa Mafioso would sell weapons, vehicles, bullets, and body armor to other countries, in turn they would use the money to buy food and other materials for the people of the country, their were only two catches. The governments would have to produce 65 percent of it since even with all their contacts the lupans could not obtain it all, the other catch is that if The Lupa Mafioso was ever caught, the governments would not attempt a rescue. The deal was accepted. This was the first of many shipments. A ship heading pravitel is thought that it will rake in 600,000 dollars, which would be brought to a port in CBF and be exchanged for food and water. The Hard part was getting past the blockade that was just outside of territorial waters... they would just have to hope and pray that they could make it past.......

[OOC: Of course no one knows because secrecy. But anyone who's running the blockade can respond with a post telling the ships to turn back.]

CIVIL WAR ENDS. NEW SYSTEM TO BE ANOUNCED
Today the leader of all 5 factions signed a treaty which effectivly ended the civil war. Estimated overall casultys for the war are thought to be around 13 million dead, civilian deaths are pretty low though a few battles with modern weaponry led to just under 20 thousand civilians dead

Multiple submarines with radar turned off pass under the blockade carrying food and water. In return CBF is being given ships. When it arrives on land multiple supply trucks will arrive and take the food and water to where it's needed. Planes carrying supplies will arrive later.
