My fellow citizens,

On behalf of the patriotic and well-meaning people of Thuoye, I, Grand Admiral Qin Sheng-Xiang, wish to happily inform you of the successful outing of the corrupt, dictatorial, evil, unpatriotic socialist regime led by Luo Liu-Jun and his cronies.

We have begun preparations for the trial of Mr. Luo and his accomplices, who stand before the nation accused of treason against the Thuoyean people by aiding and abetting the Tuthar enemy, for his extensive corruption and mismanagement of the Thuoyean economy, and human rights violations against the Thuoyean people.

As of 1800 today, I will be instigating martial law so that we can establish law and order and bring those treasonous officials to justice. Any person who attempts to aid and abet their escape shall be deemed guilty of treason, and punished with full accordance to the law.

Once we have purged the government of all its treasonous, corrupt, and unpatriotic officials, and eliminate all enemies of Thuoye, foreign and domestic, I will institute democratic elections, so that the Thuoyean people can finally rise from the ashes of dictatorship and guide this nation into an era of prosperity.
