The WA is the world's only international legislative body. Similar to the real-world UN, it passes laws that affect its member nations. These laws are written by ambassadors from those nations. In NS, the WA has an effect on game mechanics as well as in-character events, giving it the unique ability to combine gameplay and roleplay.
