Applying for Membership
Hello! This dispatch will tell you how to become a member and why you should.
Let's start with the definitions:
1. “resident”: A nation which is located within the LCRUA and not a member.
2. “member”: A nation which has official membership in the LCRUA, but does not have to be located within the LCRUA.

Now that we know that, I will be listing a number of reasons why you should become a member:
1. When you become a member you gain many constitutional rights -- "1. Every resident has to follow the laws of the LCRUA, but does not have its rights until it becomes a member".
2. You are able to run for elections.
3. You are able to vote in elections and referenda.
4. You can submit legislative proposals to the Council.
5. You can participate in Roleplay and events.

So how do you become a member? Easy, just send a Telegram like this to any of the current members of the Council, who are Linnuis, Galdanulia,
Stretchington, 
Xialta and New yymea:I, [nation name], would like to apply for membership.

It is encouraged that you read The Constitution before applying.
It will only be a short wait afterwards, but the council will review your request, and if they accept, you obtain membership. Shortly after your nation will be mentioned in the members of The LCRUA dispatch.
