Etarmoof is an ancient empire which has always dealt with problems with patience, contemplation, and brutal force. The Lagounov family came to power at the beginning of Etarmoofs history and has held Etarmoof with an iron fist, smothering any resistance. Etarmoof has held onto a belief of superiority, and because of this racially different groups have always been eliminated from the gene pool. Etarmoof also believe it should maintain a pure gene pool and will cull entire family's if one of the members has a mental, or physical disorder that can be passed the genetics. Despite being very conservative, Etarmoof, has always been near the forefront of the development of new military and industrial technologies, and is very reluctant to share them.

The Unified American Federation, otherwise known as the American Federation, is the Phoenix which rose from the ashes of The Second American Civil War. While Razzgriz may be a nation created after the split of the Histo-Osean Empire, the history of its people and rulers stretch as far back to the end of first period according to the I Ching from ancient Guru. True rulers of the waves whether it be sailing the high seas, traversing the toughest deserts or navigating the vastness of space, the Osean people have made their presence known and there passion felt. The United Planetery Kingdoms are a collections of various duchies, principalities, and Kingdoms, Unified to create one interplanetary State. However, the 46 total regions have little say, and each Duke, Prince and Crown Prince must Act in accordance with what the King sets out in the Holy Court. Despite the very autocratic system, at least 80% of all Brittanic citizens are living in good conditions. However, alien slave Labour is high and political rights and civil liberties like gay marriage, homosexuality and the likes are banned and illegal.
