Dank Memes: The Truth

[box]September 26, 2016, when the refound was attempted by [region]HYDRA Command[/region], [nation=short]Captain Woodhouse[/nation] of [region]Nazi Europa[/region] captured the refound and [region]Dank Memes[/region] was put under the control of both Dank Memes natives and Nazi Europa through the "Nazi Europa and Dank Memes Liberation Agreement," also known as the NEDMLA. It promised, at the very least, partial control of Dank Memes by its former natives, provided that the region became a fascist state and provided eternal military assistance to Nazi Europa.

This Agreement was put into effect after Nazi Europa fulfilled its part of the agreement, which was the successful refounding of Dank Memes and the control partially given to the natives. After another few deliberations, it was decided that [region]IDank MemesI[/region] would be the region where nations of Dank Memes would reside, while Dank Memes would be the actual region that the nations would've joined when they join IDank MemesI. This temporary arrangement was believed to remain for a period of time, however, [nation=short]Captain Woodhouse[/nation] decided to relocate to Dank Memes.

Because of the relocation, the region was unpassworded on October 3, 2016. However, this did not mark a rebirth of the Dank Memes community. Uncomfortable with the pressure of Nazi Europa and the lack of executive control, The Navassa Islandball of La Navasse temporarily left the game for around two weeks. During this time, due to the failure of the joint effort between Nazi Europa and Dank Memes, Captain Woodhouse decided to abandon Dank Memes and return to Nazi Europa. —[nation]La Navasse[/nation][/box]

Telegram evidence that La Navasse plays fast and loose with the truth.

La Navasse briefly left the game owing to his 'RL schedule'—or so he told Captain Woodhouse. He either lied to Woodhouse or he's lying in his dispatch.

La Navasse, not Captain Woodhouse, abandoned inactive Dank Memes. La Navasse promised Woodhouse he would build Dank Memes and secured a client key for recruitment purposes.

Captain Woodhouse never so much as hinted that he would keep his nation in floundering Dank Memes after La Navasse abandoned the region.

As Dank Memes' founder, Woodhouse relocated from NE to DM only so that DM could be opened for recruitment and region building per La Navasse's stated intent. Woodhouse lost most of the influence he acquired in NE resulting from the relocation.

NEDMLA is a figment of La Navasse's imagination. No formal agreement was ever reached; however, La Navasse was given all the freedom he needed to govern DM. The notion that he was pressured in any way is an outright lie.

Furthermore, although Woodhouse was attached to NE when he hawked Dank Memes' refound, he acted on his own with no direction from NE staff. Woodhouse made every decision regarding DM with zero input from NE staff.

Dank Memes and all other regions listed in BLITZKRIEG's Acquistions (https://www.nationstates.net/nation=like_a_rock/detail=factbook) belong to Captain Woodhouse, first and foremost. Region ownership of Captain Woodhouse's NS real estate is for display purposes.
