WMD-URLA (Agora Ver.)

This act seeks to solidify and make permanent the common point of RP etiquette regarding the usage of WMDs in said RPs, which are highly discouraged and frowned upon.

This Act will:

• Define Weapons of Mass Destruction as:
  Any weapons that is designed or intend to cause death or serious bodily injury through the release, dissemination, or impact of toxic, poisonous, or otherwise harmful chemicals, or their precursors;
  (A) Any weapon involving a disease organism;
  (B) Any weapon that is designed to release radiation or radioactivity at a level dangerous to human life.
  (C) Any further weapons or devices, as set by precedent or further legislation.

• Be used as the basis of a criminal case against violators of this Act.
  (A)Violation of this act will result in a criminal case being brought before the AGO.
  (B)Violators will be allowed to make an out of court settlement in lieu of trial.
  (C)The charges presented shall be “Knowing Violation of Federal Law” as well as “Terrorism.”

• Seek to promote peace, cooperation, and friendship in Agora

• This legislation is an RP-specific Bill, and will likewise not prohibit citizens from utilizing WMDs within specific NS issues.
  I.e. The Brasilistan set of issues.

This Act will not:

• Prohibit the possession of WMDs.

• Seek to regulate the trade and sale of WMDs, though it does not prevent regulations on these or other actions in future legislation.
