Debaters' New Outlet or DNO (formerly the Debating times) is a program ensuring smooth communication between the International Debating Area and its embassies (and foreign nations). To join, please telegram Dftba-land. It will be divided into three segments:

Debate Polls: This segment tells you about new debate polls when they come out.
Debating Awards: This segment tells you about who the winner of the Debating Award (one per poll) is for each debate poll.
Official Announcements: This segment tells you about the official business of the region, including, but not limited to, election announcements and regional government changes.

Who can receive DNO?

Any individual nation in NS; they will receive the segment(s) of their choice via telegram.
Subscribed embassy regions of the International Debating Area; they will receive the segment(s) of their choice via their Regional Message Board (RMB). This means the region must allow embassy posting for their RMB.
13 alternating embassy regions receive the DNO every debate poll via their embassy; they will only receive the 'Debate Polls' segment unless they subscribe.

Remember, don't forget to debate and win perhaps even win a Debating Award.
