FORUM: The Armed Republic of Pillowlandia and Crato
QUESTION OF: Liberation of a former independent country

Observing that the Armed Republic of Pillowlandia has recently admitted the entirety of Crato into its own Government during wartime;

Noting that Pillowlandia has attacked Crato and forced a treaty at gunpoint, resulting in an extremely unfair end to an unprovoked attack;

Concerned that Crato's sovereignty has been destroyed;

Shocked at the extremely unfair treaty, forcing Crato to pay "10,000,000,000 Pillows" for an unprovoked war and to dissolve their Government to recognize the "superiority" of the Pillowlandian Government;

Realizing that the treaty is completely unconstitutional in the sense that Crato's military is limited to "300,000 regulars" and "seven wings of aircraft", which violates the Right to Militarize, which states "Every Nation is permitted to have a National Army/Military," without a limit, and the Pillowlandian Government is trying to enforce a limit;

Concerned that Crato might be subject to discrimination, either domestically or internationally through their admission into Pillowlandia;and

Hoping that the Nations in this Region will aid Crato and stop an unconstitutional treaty;


Hereby:

  • Nullifies the Treaty of Ocsidam, and orders Crato to stop paying the 10,000,000,000 Pillow reparation cost;

  • Orders the Regional Military to aid the separation of Crato from any and all foreign nations;

  • Orders Pillowlandia and The Tribal Federation of Crato to immediately cease all conflicts and military engagements with each other;

  • Orders the Regional Military be used to enforce peace between Pillowlandia and Crato until the separation efforts are complete;

  • Forbids All Pillowlandian Governments and all Cratoan Tribes and Dominions to engage in any military actions against eachother for the duration of the separation efforts;

  • Allows the Secretary of Defense/ President to eject either nation if they fail to comply with these rules; and

  • Recognizes Crato as a sovereign, functioning country.
