Vasari Accords
As of the twenty-second of January, two-thousand and sixteenth.

Vasarden, reestablished as of the twenty-second of January, two-thousand and sixteen, is a roleplay (RP) region refounded upon the ideals of realistic, human-only roleplay. Our tech level remains predominantly modern tech, although we may try our hand in past, past-modern and possibly even future tech. It provides a basic map for nations to initially carve land from; then roleplay their nation from said land, therefore allowing smooth roleplaying opportunities without needless restriction. We strongly and critically devote ourselves to detailed, realistic roleplay, free from inessential limitation.
RULES:
  • Remember that the site rules still apply in Vasarden; do not break them or you will receive disciplinary action.

  • The limit on active military is 1% of a nation's population.

  • Before joining Vasarden, a nation must have attained the age of at least fifteen days on the applicant nation.

  • Puppets, unless given exclusive permission by the Administrative Council, are not allowed.

  • Godmodding, numberwanking and similar actions seen as detrimental to realistic roleplay are not allowed within Vasarden-canon RP.

  • The Regional Message Board (RMB) is reserved for out-of-character conversation and not in-character activities.

  • Nations applying for membership in Vasarden, when choosing their desired spot on the map, are to:

    • Outline a desired region in an area that hasn't already been claimed using a photo-editing application or

    • Describe their desired region to the best of detail for the Administrative Council to decide upon.

  • The Administrative Council is to decide upon whether or not a player's requested plot is reasonable/plausible.

VASARI GOVERNMENT:
  • Vasarden's government is to be formatted into three separate, yet intersecting parts;

    • The first of which is the Founding Assembly, comprised of the four founding nations: District XIV, Imperial Cyllea, Insaeldor, and Luepola. While only two of the founders are on the Administrative Council at any given time, the Founding Assembly serves an advisory role to the aforementioned council. Additionally, the Council is tasked with easing transitions of leadership (Elections for Chancellor) and carrying out actions as requested by the Administrative Council.

    • The second of which is the Chancellor, a nation elected by Vasari nations month on the 29th (elections run from 5:00 PM PST on the 28th to 5:00 PM PST on the 29th). There is no limit on the quantity of consecutive terms. The Chancellor holds a seat on the three-person Administrative Council during their one-month term; any given Chancellor nation does depart from the council unless they lose their position in government, in which case their seat on the Council simply transfers to the next Chancellor. The Chancellor maintains the exclusive duty of representing Vasarden in the “World Assembly”. The Chancellor is tasked with starting polls, constructing RP and communicating the ideals of Vasarden to potential recruits. The Chancellor is expected to cooperate with the regional populace and Founding Assembly to accomplish their goals and progress the region forward.

    • The final part, the Administrative Council, maintains the highest degree of authority in the region. The council has three seats, two of which are taken by half of the Founding Assembly; these seats rotate among such Council monthly alongside the election of the Chancellor. The Council is given the tasks of maintaining the regional canon and passing amendments to the constitution. The Council is to enforce rules and cooperate with the Chancellor to provide regional restructure. All votes on the Council are majority vote-decided unless the Council unanimously decides to make a decision with a unanimous vote.

RIGHTS OF CITIZENS OF VASARDEN:
  • Expression - All citizens are free to say or speak, or otherwise express, whatever they please, provided it is does run afoul with the site rules or the rules of Vasarden.

  • Association - All citizens are free to associate with any political ideology, religion and such, whether ICly or OOCly.
