Massacre in Tuleman: 29 slain in Byukuran terror attack, King sanctions Operation Ligay with immediate effect

Kshortai-The Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed a catastrophic security breach on the eastern border in Tuleman Province. Late last evening, armed Byukuran extremists executed a coordinated attack on the Hotel Ritz estate, resulting in the tragic deaths of 29 Kikowan nationals, including diplomats, civil administrators, and local staff.

The atrocity has sent immediate shockwaves across the region:

Markets in Shock: National financial indices experienced an immediate contraction from 64 to 52, driven by panic across cross-border logistics networks, energy markets, and regional investment firms.

Border Logistics Sealed: The Crown has ordered an immediate freeze on all commercial land routes and transit corridors entering Byukuran-controlled territory.

Crown Response: Speaking from the Imperial Palace in Kshortai, King Jino Dreya addressed the nation, ordering the immediate mobilization of the Royal Barcassian Armed Forces to restore order and deliver absolute retribution.

"The blood of our people shed at the Ritz will not become an unpunished tragedy. It marks the absolute end of our patience. All means of peaceful dialogue with the Byukurans have been ineffective. Hence, I allow the Barcassian Armed Forces complete freedom to decide on the best response to this dastardly and cowardly attack. All 29 of our people shall receive fitting justice and none of them will be spared!

We have begun our offensive henceforth called Operation Ligay. In the name of God, in the name of the unfortunate martyrs in this tragedy, may Operation Ligay achieve comeplete success and slay these dastardly terrorists!!"

— His Majesty King Jino Dreya
