National N-Day Doctrine: F.E.
Zarvice N-Day Doctrine While in Fifth EmpirePriorities

Region Shielding
Should be achieved by either self or puppets in some rotation. Defend targets that are most active (or political & ideological targets, such as regional officials). If these targets are not present, defend puppets. FE regional doctrine is to donate to shield bank, so any shields available when there are no targeted nations should be donated to the shield bank.
Nuke Rulsolia
Death to Rulsolia. Puppet and main nukes should always be deployed to this nation. If Rulsolia is still alive, Economic and Military specialized should produce nukes and target it.
Counter Attacks
Attackers of the region which are not puppets should be targeted. Launches should be made whenever they are ready in any nation.
Puppet Doctrine
For some reason, I showed up near the top of the player list when the region pact was opened. Puppets will make my death less in vain. Because automating puppets for N-Day is probably illegal, two options:
Switch between puppets normally (standard)
Hand them off to my non-NS associates (too much work, means I have to change the passwords in my maintenance script)
Practices
Applicable both to main and to puppets:
Cleanup should not produce anything except for when they are the last ones standing (in which case, they will produce nukes to strike Rulsolia). If 750 production is reached, clean up priority nations.
Military will produce nukes. To strike Rulsolia. And then any other targets, of course.
Economic will produce shields normally, and nukes if they are all that remains.
Strategic will produce shields, and follow shield protocols.
