Pax Russica | Co-Author(s): N/A | Forum Thread: HereExecutive Summary: Disability Assistance Law is a proposal intended to establish laws by the World Assembly to provide assistance to persons with disabilities or who are neurodivergent.
Opinion: Uhm...hmm. This came out of like nowhere to get into the queue. No discussions through the normal channels. No nada. Weird.
Anyway, let's start here - there's actually some lovely ideas in here to help those with disabilities. However, the proposal is written in such a way that it is filled with more holes than a cheese grater and has no definitions, making some terms ill defined for member states. Also, and this is critical, all the proposed measures that area laid out...who implements them? It doesn't say "Member states must do X" or "the World Assembly must do X" it just says "The law will do X." That's not actually meaningful. AGAINST.
NOTE: The above opinions above are like, totally the opinions of Shino, the World Assembly Ambassador from Moduland and current member of the World Assembly Secretariat. We totes hope you find this helpful for all your World Assembly voting needs. Want to know more? Check out our
