Me OOC Pt. 3 (yippie)

After high demand (literally no one asked) I've decided to create a 3rd (and hopefully final) OOC dispatch.

About me (non-political): I'm a male teen from Northern Alabama. If you're wondering the cousin thing is a lie (if you know, you know). I have three siblings (all brothers) and two yorkies (bad asf btw). My favorite food is pineapple pizza (yes really) and my favorite past time is being outside in nature. I like to watch college and pro basketball and football with my favorite teams being Alabama (basketball and football), the Buffalo Bills, ( <3 #17 ) and the Knicks. I'm not really a fan of school as see most subjects as a waste of time since they won't be applicable in most jobs in the real world. I do like history (mainly modern though; 1776-present) and sometimes chemistry. My favorite show is Breaking Bad and my favorite movie is either Avengers Endgame or Fall (i cried watching it, was kinda scary imo). My favorite game at the moment is S1914. I serve on the student council at my (won by a landslide) and I play football (Free Safety). If you asked someone who knew me personally to describe me in a single word they would probably say "interesting". I'm not exactly sure what kind of career I want to go into yet but I know I want to be a leader in some kind of social movement. The air force doesn't sound to bad to me either. I am a Christian but I regularly go to NOI meetings because I believe what they fight for is just. I've also been a on and off NS player for almost six years now. So yeah, that's basically me. If you have any more questions feel free to ask and if appropriate I'll add them to this section.

About me (politically): This is probably the part you care about the most, so I'll cut to the chase. "What kick-started your love for politics?" Well, it all started way back in third grade (late 2019, I believe) when my class was assigned a biography of a president of our own choosing. Now, silly young me didn't really know many presidents back then (besides Washington, of course), so my teacher assigned me one instead. I received JFK. After reading the Who Was JFK? book, let me tell you, I was speechless. The US has had its share of presidents—good and bad—but in my eyes (back then), JFK was close to perfect. I mean, he was a white dude standing up for Black people in the heat of the Civil Rights Movement. Talk about heroic.Needless to say, JFK influenced how I saw the presidency, the Democratic Party, and my own political views. After that biography, I looked deeper into left-leaning thought. By the start of the new year (2020), I was already a hardcore environmentalist and a vocal critic of the Republican Party (take that with a grain of salt; I was still in the third grade). Then COVID hit, followed later by the death of George Floyd. I, like most kids, was perfectly fine staying at home and playing video games all day, but that didn't mean I didn't see the violence and terror encompassing my nation. As an African American, I wish I could say I was more involved in the BLM movement during this time, but I wasn't (that would come later on). Fast forward to Democrat primary where I initially backed Bloomberg for whatever reason but when Joe Biden became the candidate I was perfectly fine with him. In fact if you look at my national leader today you can still see the effects that had on me. I saw 2020 Biden as a hero, one that even rivaled JFK in my mind. A hero who would save America from her crazy, racist, authoritarian "president". So you knew I was overjoyed when Joe swept the nation and won in a landslide later year. Peak moment in history if you ask me. November 7th 2020. I remember it like yesterday.

Anyways you may be wondering, "Why are you telling us this?", and well that's because I want you to see where I came from and how it effected who I am today. I want you to be able to see the connections.

Fast forward again to October 6th 2023. Looking back, this day is really what changed the course of history and my political beliefs forever. I won't lie, I was a supporter of Israel from late 2023 to maybe mid-2025 or even later than that. I never saw the genocidal side of the war until later on but once I did I ceased my support of the Israeli government. Even with that, by this time I had already dropped some of my main hardcore leftist views on topics such as the environment, social equality, and wealth gaps. I turned into a "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" kind of guy. I didn't really care about other minority groups anymore and believed that anything you wanted to do could be achieved via hard work and dedication. I saw Joe's failing presidency and looked for someone else for hope. Contrary to believe I didn't like Kamala because of "her laugh" or whatever it was because I felt that she didn't do enough for the large black prison population in Cali as DA. People also expected me to support her just because she was black. Isn't that racist?? Anywho I did not see Kamala fit for president so that leaves us with Trump. While my views were leaning conservative at the time I don't think I ever publicly supported Trump largely because of Project 2025. Which in my simple opinion was disgusting. Overall I couldn't care less about who won the White House in November.
