Oh. Well, uhm. This sounds mean, but I feel like this one is pretty obvious. For starters, the nitpicks: it defines an acronym without stating what it stands for, and it says that having a single power plant means a nation's governed by it. That's quite the large target audience, no? Anyhow, it also says it'll audit nations for compliance, and just, never says what it'll do if they fail? Or if they're just not let in? "Please just comply with the resolution. Pretty please." I don't like this one, and I don't think I really have to say it, but AGAINST.

And we're back to repeals. At least this is a scathing, exciting, good one. It repeals a condemnation of a scummy, deceptively-alting, World Cup-stealing scoundrel. If anything, this person is worthy of a condemnation for their misdeedly actions. FOR.
