The Secretariat recommends a vote FOR Security Council proposal: Repeal 'Liberate Portugal De Esquerda'

Overview
This proposal seeks to strike out SC#411 from the SC books, a liberation resolution which, like so many others, was useful at the time, but now serves only as a hindrance to the native community.

Recommendation
Not too much to say on this one, pretty much a no-brainer, with native support and adequately written, a resolution obviously worthy of general support.

For these reasons, the Office of World Assembly Secretary Islandwalk recommends a vote FOR Repeal "Repeal 'Liberate Portugal De Esquerda'".
