Conscription
Conscription (labeled on Nationstate website under Policies) is not military conscription, although the FCFF experienced mass voluntary enlistment during the bloody conflict (due to its campaign of absorbing an area, then aiding it with desperately needed supplies, then launching a campaign of regenerating the land which benefitted the population heavily)Conscription means the mandatory serving in the National Labour Service (NLS) for all 17-19 year olds. Those older than 19 are also registered, though only as reserves). The NLS is the national organization which has rebuilt and redeveloped FACP's infrastructure, agriculture, and therefore economy.
It is hailed as the world's most unique and successful national building and development program, with Gandenia's a close second.
The FCFF emerged by its swift absorption (sometimes forcefully in order to defeat Junta or rebel forces and sometimes through request) of the many small counties and areas within the FACP. It would quickly provide aid and quickly begin work to redevelop the farmland of the area, with the financial and material aid of The Order of Malah, BEKM, Gandenia, and Sourovia.
As the FCFF took over the reigns of government and authority, it created the NLS to continue and bolster the country's rebuilding.
