1. Noctiluca and Eternal Eden recognize each other as friends and will do everything possible to grow their friendship.

2. Noctiluca and Eternal Eden will keep embassies with each other.

3. Noctiluca and Eternal Eden will not attack each other.

4. Noctiluca recognizes Breaking Badger's accidental usurping of the WA Delegacy and will hold no grudge against Eternal Eden because gifts were left for the representative of Seleniaos.

1. Any resident of Eternal Eden can participate in Noctiluca's roleplay if their application is accepted.

2. Any citizen of Noctiluca can participate in Eternal Eden's roleplay if they are allowed to.

3. Noctiluca and Eternal Eden will try to cooperate in roleplay when possible.

1. This treaty can be repealed by either region at any time with good reason.
