A Final Announcement
In other words, Vultune is shutting down as a region. You heard that right.
What does this all mean, really?
Because it’s not that Vultune and all that has to do shall cease to exist forever. Rather, we are merging a few of our regional mechanics & policies with an ally region of ours, the Federation of Sovereign States, in what is essentially a merger.
The full merger process has been approved by both sides and may be found here: Proposal
The vast majority of official dispatches, policies, etc that are NOT to be kept post-merger (anything omitted in the above dispatch), including the Starters’ Guide, Foreign Affairs Policy, World Factbook Entry,... shall be archived and kept in its CURRENT state for future viewing.
This will turn Vultune and its home page into what is essentially an archive database, with the password-protecting of the region, closure of all embassies, and removal of all nations excluding those residing there for the purpose of maintaining the region’s page on the site.
The only exception is the Discord server, which shall be deleted in its entirety.
Conclusion
We would like to thank all nations which have stayed with us throughout our journey of almost two years (HM:
An Orange Haired Punk, 
Yamasburg, 
Alypha, Davioof,…). Of course, this region had its ups and downs, (cough cough the godmodding controversy back in s1) but it was memorable nonetheless.
We’d like to apologize for your inconvenience, and our inability to further maintain this region. This period shall serve as a time of transition. Residents may move to any other region, preferably the Federation of Sovereign States.
