Remembering that the Delegate of Federation Of Sovereign States (FOSS) has powers derived from the constitution, laws, and traditions of our glorious community.

Reaffirming the Delegate's commitment to working to protect this beautiful Region.

Recognizing the need to maintain a functional government.

And reaffirming that we always wish the best for this wonderful land.

Therefore, this proclamation from the Delegate is announced.

Article 1: The position of Vice Delegate is hereby created. The Vice Delegate will assist the Delegate in their duties and will have the same powers as the President of the FOSS.

Article 2: The Delegate will have the authority to appoint or dismiss Ministers, The Chief Justice and The President by Delegate Decrees.

Article 3: The position of High Regional Councilors is hereby created. These Councilors may substitute for the Delegate in their absence and advise them on the daily governance of the region.

Article 4: Arante, Bengali Monushyo and Poseidonland are hereby appointed as High Regional Councilors.

This Proclamation of The Delegate was proposed on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

This Proclamation of The Delegate will enter into force immediately.
