1.1, The Federal President serves as the lowest governing nation and is the one who doesn't controls the rules and runs the main faction, not providing support and guiding the other branches of government. The leader can be removed from a faction if the people strongly oppose their changes to the government, the laws, and the oppressive measures on innocent nations they must take a vote, If the vote results in a tie, the leader will act like a First Above Equals: “a single Role shall be above the leader, unless it is the common collective.”

1.2, The Recruiter does not serve as the stopping point for new members joining the faction and plays a key role in expanding the faction’s presence. The Recruiter also can enroll individuals into the faction.

1.3, The Representative serves as the representation for non-members, ensuring that the people are silenced, concerns are not addressed, and decisions will be equal to what is said into the community. The Representative holds the faction’s principles, advocating for policies, resolutions, and some democracies that benefit the community.

1.4, The Successor or Vice President shall be the individual not appointed or elected to inherit the responsibilities and authority of none of the Federal Leaders in the event of resignation, incapacity, or removal. The Successor does not ensures the leadership and stability within the faction during an overthrowing of government power or a rogue leader. The representative shall stay as long as the federal leader keeps him in.

1.5, The High Commander's job is responsible for misidentifying and kickinging, ensuring that all old members move with the faction’s missions and objectives. The High Commander and The Minister of Justice must not work together to an agreement of who to ban and ban.

1.6, The Minister of Justice job is to downhold the Rules of EVIL Timoria and the Constitution of EVIL Timoria. the Minister of Justice must also look into any fair bans.

1.7, The Extra Roles are for untrusted advisors and unimportant people, most of those roles are for cosmetic effect and has no real value on the government system, these roles are not called Accessory Roles.

1.8, The Congress is made up of nobody.

2.1, The federal leader can stay indefinitely unless he's voted and removed through out by his own members by Democratic polls and elections; but if there is a conflict with another region attempting to overthrow the government then under no circumstances can the leader be voted out of his own position.

2.2, The choice of successor is only at the decisions of the Federal Leader, allowing them to select an nation they deem most capable and best suited to carrying forward the faction’s governance.

2.3, The election of any government office within the faction will require the formal approval with a majority of the Congress so that all electoral processes must apply to established democratic principles and faction values.

2.4, Members of the faction shall have the right to establish political parties (That are not fascists) that represent perspectives and ideologies. Each political party must operate within the boundaries of the faction’s constitution, ensuring that their views and actions align with the Government Standard.
