1. Eunomia

The first governor of Banfield. Eunomia assumed the office after the foundation of the region. As the sole governor, he established the cabinet of officers of Banfield. He ratified the Banfield Constitution alongside a nation named Usaint. However, a particular member of the region, Sailorplace, was a frequently active member who would get on Eunomia’s nerves due to their constant presence in the RMB. After banning the member, initially nothing happened and the region moved on. But this would begin the March Conflict, an RMB war between The Deep Sea and Banfield. A nation named -hater had accused Eunomia of sending them death threats, resulting in Eunomia having to step down and leave. Usaint, the Chancellor at the time, essentially became a Governor himself.

Following Eunomia’s temporary departure in March 12, Usaint controlled Banfield, and essentially became the de facto Governor of the region. He had a vision of fighting back the hostile nations (it could also just be one individual controlling all of the nations that kept spamming). His first action was to establish a new constitution called H.D. 1 (Vanguard Sunrise Act). The entire purpose of this bill wasnt to create a new constitution, but rather a shift of the powers of the government. During this period, the March Conflict was in a cooldown, and tensions were easing. But the nation of Dreyland would oppose the ratification of the bill, arguing against it and Usaint. The fight was so intense it led to the resignation of both Dreyland and Ear Exploder 9000. Many people were quick to call Usaint an autocrat trying to consolidate power for himself. The nation of Russian controlled alaska created the Banfield Congress, which is defunct, and soon the opposing politicians joined to plot a coup d’état by rapidly endorsing RCA and oust Usaint as the Chancellor. As soon as he tried to settle down the tensions, his chancellorship was abruptly interrupted by Eunomia’s sudden return in March 15. Hearing all of the turmoil, he was removed and Eunomia abolished the Chancellorship altogether.

Eunomia’s return felt unlikely. After removing Usaint from his position, Eunomia would be absent for two whole weeks. After his return, he laid out an isolationist agenda, pulling out embassies from two regions (Christians and The Deep Sea. He became very paranoid, unironically calling everyone childish. His last days of Governor, he made ASEANINDIA the Successor of Banfield. After telling a nation named -animes to end themselves, the moderators had permanently banned him, marking the end of the March Conflict and the beginning of the Succession Crisis.

3. ASEANINDIA

March 25 2026 - April 15 2026 (abdicated)

ASEANINDIA assumed power of Governor after Eunomia’s termination. During their entire term, they were absent. This absence had left the region in a period of purgatory. Whenever they returned, they knew that they weren’t a leader that everyone wanted, but he genuinely believed he should still be able to have power and influence in Banfield. The people criticized him for just essentially making way for a true competent leader. A nation by the name of The constitutional monarchy of sweway suggested that there should be three leaders with one being elected, which is what might’ve happened next. ASEAN eventually backed down, and agreed to abdicate to become Second Successor. ASEAN, Usaint, and a new Governor would become a force of three leaders.

4. Bellant

After winning the election of governor, Bellant became the current governor of Banfield. Their main goal is to stabilize the region after the March Conflict and the Succession Crisis had resolved. She made RCA the first Successor and ASEANINDIA the second Successor. On top of that, she brought back the Chancellorship and appointed Usaint as Chancellor. She agreed to construct embassies with the region of Hordesland, a region made by a former Banfielder who moved after the March Conflict. Alongside this, she reimplemented the embassy of Christians (The Deep Sea had collapsed by this point). After RCA’s announcement of him temporarily leaving the region, Bellant made Usaint the first successor to the region. During his time, the regional drama calmed down, but members were leaving out of humility of the March Conflict. Including Usaint’s sudden abdication and departure. Unexpectedly, Bellant would trigger the June Conflict when A controversial debate between RCA and her about abortion rights (I’m serious) led to many active and remaining members of the community leaving the region. The strained relations between Banfield and Christians were clear as Bellant would close down embassies between the two regions. Before stepping down, she appointed a fairly unknown nation called Monkingdom as Governor, knowing that he would be responsible to lead the region.

Monkingdom assumed power after Bellant’s announcement of leaving the region temporarily. He promised major governmental reforms and changes within the region. His first bill, known as the Green and Yellow Constitution, shifted the balance of power in the government in favor of the Governorship. He used the title of Paramount Leader, and appointed several remaining original members of the region in different positions. He dismissed Aseanindia’s position of Successor, now rebranded as Vice Governor, and appointed Nova Danzig as the first new VG. The absence of Usaint prompted Monkingdom to appoint the current WA Delegate, Azteca-Comancheria as Chancellor. He abolished Governor elections, adding that only the newly formed Chairperson of the Unitarian Banfield Party could choose potential candidates and that members of the UBP (Unitarian Banfield Party) could vote for each one. Some people assumed that the change was autocratic, but he said that the change would be based on merit, not on complete control. His campaign of scrubbing the original Banfield’s government prompted Usaint to intervene. On June 17, after Usaint announced he will return to Banfield to help his efforts for rebuilding, Monkingdom appointed him as the new Chancellor. He would eventually replace certain members in the cabinet. In July, his proposal of the Banfield Principles would be publicly shown, promising equality, and security. Usaint would again inexplicably leave the region. Monkingdom would remove his title of Paramount Leader. Monkingdom had a major problem to deal with. He needed more members in the region. So he begun to start a campaign of recruiting more people. In August, he is currently planning to make an official Roleplay government. This roleplay government would help revitalize activity in the region.
