Welcome to the Region of Vair. To ensure that our community remains a safe, diplomatic, and enjoyable place for all nations, we have established this Code of Conduct. By the Grace of His Majesty The King, All member nations are expected to read and abide by these guidelines while participating in regional affairs, whether on the Regional Message Board (RMB), via Telegram, or in off-site communities.

Article I: Respect & Decorum Nations within Vair are expected to treat one another with respect.
Harassment: Targeted harassment, bullying, or stalking of other players is strictly prohibited.
Hate Speech: Content that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination against any real-world group or identity will result in immediate ejection.
Personal Attacks: Disagreements are natural, but keep arguments about policies or ideas.

Article II: Gameplay Integrity We value fair play and the mechanics of NationStates.
Scripting: The use of scripts, bots, or automated processes to flood the RMB, cheat issues, or manipulate endorsements is forbidden.
Raiding / Raid Comments:Vair is a neutral/independent region. Spamming the RMB with "invasion" or "raid" rhetoric, or attempting to trick natives into leaving, is not permitted unless part of a sanctioned regional event.
Spam: Do not flood the RMB with repetitive content, large walls of text, or irrelevant copypasta.

Article III: Regional Messaging (RMB) The RMB is the public face of our region.
Language: While we are a diverse region, please keep discussions in English (or provide a translation) to maintain community cohesion.
NSFW Content: Posting obscene, pornographic, or overly graphic content is strictly prohibited.
Advertising: Do not post recruitment telegrams or advertisements for other regions on the RMB. This is considered treason.

Article IV: Endorsements & Security To maintain regional stability:
It is encouraged to endorse your World Assembly Delegate and other nations to help secure & Strengthen the Regional Diplomatic Power within the World Assembly.
Deliberately "sniping" (withdrawing endorsements to cause instability) or mass-piling endorsements on a non-Delegate nation to disrupt security is prohibited.
Nations found to be security risks (e.g., known invaders) may have their endorsement capabilities reviewed by the Founder/Delegate.

Article V: Enforcement The Delegate and Founder reserve the right to moderate the region to keep the peace.
Minor infractions will usually result in a warning (via Telegram or RMB reply).
Repeated offenses, or severe violations (such as hate speech or botting), will result in ejection from the region.
Bans are reserved for the most severe or persistent threats to Vair.
🇺🇳 World Assembly Policy Vair does not enforce mandatory voting. However, we encourage all WA members to vote on resolutions to help shape the game. The WA Delegate will generally vote with the majority of the region's active WA voters, or according to the regional policy posted in a separate dispatch.
