| Communicative Changes

Problems with communication were a significant issue during N-Day 14, but we have adjusted and developed effective solutions. By assigning even more Communication Officers to each member region, we have increased RMB coverage and regional telegram campaigns. Additionally, by relaying the information from the Discord channel, we have created a methodical way to swiftly provide information dumps onto each RMB. Our Discord server and privacy have also been handled, with the N-Day channel being private and improved lodging to confirm all server members and roles for member regions. Warnings are the last alteration in communication; they will be bolded and taken into much more consideration. After receiving a warning, persistent conduct will result in expulsion from the faction.

| Strategy

The new strategy, which focuses on communication orders and attacking factions as told and provides examples of nations for everyone to focus on, is impermeable. Our special guide, which focuses on aggressively increasing our shield numbers and taking advantage of the number game, is the primary modification to our strategy. There will be a return to the STOP light system, which will be used this time. This time, there will be an emphasis on Specialist roles, more information dumps, and well-designed guide dispatches. With a newly developed strategy to switch to shield deployment before larger factions can kill us, we have chosen our targets to attack first.

| Game Plan

The game plan is as follows: new strategies will be implemented, deployment cycles will be shifted by the time zone leaders, our communication adjustments will be implemented, and information will be made much easier to understand. We shall take a proud stance as the freedom fighters against fascism, beginning with a returned #FashBash! With an active yield number to help better guard and defend everyone being implemented, shield growth will be actively sought after and a key change for our strategy. The next assault is for #Cordover to carry on our forces' yearly assault. There will be vigorous stand-and-defend commands. Once more, the STOP light system will be the main emphasis and will be employed this time.

| Formatting

New formatting that is simple to read, comprehend, and follow will be added to all dispatches, along with much-needed contemporary graphic adjustments that make each dispatch look cleaner. This significant modification makes it much easier to read all of the information. To assist both novice and experienced players in utilizing our new strategies and ideas, new guides have also been developed and completed. | Leadership Changes

We have made the decision to grow our ranks and accept additional military-based leadership positions in order to help guide our faction to success as new regions join and members gain experience over time. This removes a significant chance that we will be wiped out as a result of people going to bed and the absence of leadership. It also helps in giving each leader a break. We are happy to have a larger leadership team for this N-Day 15 since strength comes from numbers!
