Changes:
Sernet:
-Land merged together, Sernetesen is no longer an island and is part of a new landmass in the centre of Sernet. Also new land formed
-New governorates added, resulting in all 64 governorates being on the map.
-Cities not featured on the previous map added, e.g. Swofitent, Terlestof
-Some places relocated, e.g. Skiersknowosk and Palatagoszcz

Frayston:
-Land area expanded
-New cities added and Fraymond relocated

Fingerdom:
-Fingerdom split in two, northern half goes to Frayston, southern half goes to one of the Xianhaian states. All Fingish cities are located in the Xianhaiian part.

Elistiria:
-Bahias Gemelas annexed by Elistiria.

Vischer-Insel:
-Vischer-Insel has been relocated to the west, it is now also an island. The land it previously occupied has been given to Frayston.

Xianhai & Centralia
Xianhai fragmented into 7 different states following his DoS, all on the continent of Centralia, the big one in the south. Sernet has a small colony, Sernetian Centralia, on this continent. Sigmanstone has also been partially
merged into this continent. The continent is very much work in progress.

Invisible changes:
-Scale fixed; the distances on the map are now accurate.
-Cultures updated.
-Areas outside of the map: There is an archipelago in the sea east of Frayston containing some medium-sized islands belonging to Frayston as well as an archipelago of smaller ones owned by Sernet and used mainly for the Space programme. They are not Sernet Sands, Sernet Sands is located in the Smoltrendestof Ocean, the one to the west separating Corvinia and MU.

Things I still need to do:
-Restore the railways layer. I disabled it as it was all messed up and too chaotic, I will restore the layer in the next update. For now though, enjoy the GUSM being on the map.
-Add more cities. Many cities are missing from the map, particularily in Frayston. There is also a problem with cities in Elistiria where they are in a different order than they are in this dispatch.
-Fix population of many cities; a large proportion of the cities on the map have inaccurate populations.
-Fix other layers: Many layers other than the railways need to be updated, such as rivers, religion, biomes, etc. The heightmap will also need editing as the mountains in some places are too tall.
-Add labels: Add labels displaying the names of seas, mountain ranges etc.
-Do something about New Stepford: I didn't change New Stepford in any way as I was unsure what to do with it.
-Smoltrendestof: Although it can't be seen on this map, I do need to make a map of it.
-Smaller issues: These include adding Fraystonian cantons and other random bugs.

Note:
This map is historically canon. This essentially means that canonically the land always looked like this except for a few artificial alterations.
