I. Mission Statement
The Democratic Overwatch Committee (DOC) is a coalition of sovereign regions dedicated to the preservation of international peace, the defense of democratic principles, and the collective security of all member states. Modeled after the framework of NATO, the DOC acts as a strategic shield against aggression and a primary forum for diplomatic resolution between nations.
Regions within the doc are also protected from any and all raids. a raid on one member is a raid on all. Regions will come together to protect that region from raiders, we call this SHIELD. any member can activate this and they can except the help of all regions in the doc.
II. Leadership & Oversight
The DOC is presided over by the nation of The d0c . As the Head Region Leader, The DOC serves as the ultimate moderator and strategic overseer of the committee’s operations. the DOC ensures that all actions taken by the alliance align with the core values of global stability and mutual protection.
III. Admission Protocol
Membership in the Democratic Overwatch Committee is reserved for nations committed to collective security. To join, a nation must complete the following steps:
Recommendation: You must be formally recommended for membership by a nation that is already a current member of the alliance.
Diplomatic Inquiry: Once a recommendation is secured, the applicant nation must send an official Telegram to The d0c to express their intent to join.
Review: The Committee will review the applicant's standing and regional history before granting full membership.
