The Whitehorse Pact

As the years have passed, various regions have seen themselves grow increasingly isolated, as greater nationstates grows increasingly hostile against them and their interests. As extensive attempts to warm relations with hostile regions have failed, we must now band together to secure not only an expansion of our interests but also solidarity between our regions.
Today, to achieve that goal, we establish the Whitehorse Pact, which, bound by the articles below, will seek to strengthen and expand cooperation, communication, and unity between our regions so that in our unity we may find strength.

I. The Whitehorse Pact will establish a World Assembly block to achieve our shared interests.
II. All signatories will aid and support each other's World Assembly proposals to the fullest extent possible.
III. Should any signatory or sympathetic region come under attack, the Pact Council may hold a motion to determine whether member regions willingly and voluntarily elect to join in the defense of the attacked region, contributing such armed or militia forces as they individually choose.
I. All signatories of the Pact will have the Whitehorse bot added to their Discord to secure coordination between them.
II. A VC will be held at least once a month to exchange cultural pleasantries and increase interaction between regions.
III. All signatories are strongly encouraged to assist the other in any means of administration, projects, or general support if called upon.
I. The Pact Council is the body in charge of approving Pact decisions and reforming the Terms and Articles of the Pact.
II. Each Pact member may appoint two councilors of their choosing, both will hold an equal vote in the Pact Council.
III. All amendments to the Articles of the Pact, elections, integration of new members, and decisions must be approved by the Council.
- IIIa. To amend the articles of the Pact or carry out collective action, a majority of 50% + 1 of the council is required for it to be enacted.
IIIb. To approve the integration of a new member region into the pact, a supermajority of two-thirds of the council is required for it to be accepted.
I. The Secretary-General shall serve as the director of parliamentary procedure within the Council and as the spokesperson of the Pact.
- Ia. The Secretary-General must announce the start and end of voting and is responsible for ensuring the Pact Dispatch Remains updated.
Ib. The Secretary-General must use the Whitehorse bot to inform citizens of member regions about major developments both within and outside the pact.
II. The Secretary-General is elected through a simple majority in the Council (50% + 1) and may be removed at any time through a motion of no confidence requiring a simple majority.
I. Members will act honorably and respectfully, limiting excessive baiting, dogpiling, and flaming.
II. No explicit material may be shared in the Discord.
III. No spamming is authorized in the Discord.
