Old Contemptible Territory Regional Law:

In the interest of order, coordination, and mutual respect among member states, the following laws are established as the region's foundational framework.

These provisions remain in force until amended or expanded by the The ottonians. Any suggestions for changes should be telegrammed to them, or Dannny land.

I. Sovereignty and Cooperation
The Officers of the Region cannot force you to run your Nation in a certain way.
Regional coordination on matters of shared concern — such as diplomacy, security, or communications — is encouraged but not compulsory unless explicitly stated.

II. Conduct and Messaging:
Posts on the Regional Message Board should remain in-character, respectful, and relevant to the tone and setting of the region.

Disruptive posts, spam, and off-topic content may be suppressed without prior warning.

Repeated violations may lead to further administrative action.

III. Official Communications:
The old contemptible news office is recognized as the region’s primary communication channel.

Any dispatch claiming to represent OCNO or the regional administration must be authorized.

IV. Security and Stability:
Puppet flooding, mass nation creation, or actions intended to disrupt the region are not tolerated.

Military actions that could affect the region’s political balance should be communicated in advance where appropriate.

V. Worldbuilding and Culture:
Regional worldbuilding is encouraged, including news posts, factbooks, and lore development.

Cultural contributions should be consistent with the general tone of the region. Anything disruptive or deliberately provocative may be suppressed.

VI. Amendments:
Proposals to amend or expand regional law may be submitted to the administration for review.

Any major changes will be decided via Regional Poll.
