Week 1: Orientation & Cabinet Formation
Understanding the legal framework is essential to govern within your powers and respect the rule of law. Review the Constitution and recent Fedra legislation. Prepare a summary “cheat sheet” of your executive powers and limits.
Appoint or confirm Cabinet ministers; coordinate with Fedra.
Your Cabinet ministers carry out your policies. Consult Fedra if required for confirmations, and publicly announce appointments.
