We're from Antartica, the bottom of the globe.
Better check the map if you don't know.
Our land is all ice and snow, and year-round it stays icy cold.
Yeah, I mean like 50 below, and we don't even need to wear a coat.
'Cause we're Penguins; what do you know about us?
When we see fish, we go totally nuts.
We stick together like a team, people who work together on something.
Yeah, we dive in the water, jump headfirst.
We're really good at it; nah, it doesn't hurt.
We swim in the ocean, a body of water that's salty and big.
You know this kid!
Now you can seal an envelope if you lick it, that will close it, but it's wicked.
'Cause seals are the animals who hunt penguins to make us their food!
To me, they look like dogs that swim, belive me man, they are not our friends.
They're our enemies, they guys we fight, or run from and we don't like.
It's true that we don't know how to fly, but we know how to slip and slide.

Now we keep our balance, don't tip over, when we march for days just like soldiers.
We walk with a steady step, ok?
Almost like we were in a parade.
One day we were marching as we do, when we came upon something new.
It was a base, a fort for a navy, umm... or an army maybe.
It was at the base of a hill, at the bottom, my friends were with me, and I had taught them
to be as careful as foxes, but there were no people there, just boxes
stacked and put one on another, in stacks or piles,
then my brother opened one of them to see what was inside.
When we saw we were surprised.

Attack system:
Point-based system
½ point per 100 million popilation
½ point per 25 economy (on rank chart)
½ point per 10 patriotism
1 point per 750 defense forces
2 ½ points for every category in the top 1%
1 ½ points for every category in the top 5%
½ points for every category in the 10%
½ point for each WA endorsement

Attack rules:
One attack per week.
You may only attack a person 2 times in a row, and then you must attack someone else.
You can only be attacked once per week, the first person to declare war on you gets that attack.
You only get up to a third of the person's (original) land in one attack.
If someone loses all their land they are now a country in your territory.
The more you beat the person by the more land you get (up to one-third of their original land).

War judge:
(Currently Aigeus)
One judge will decide the outcomes of battles by talking with Henrik P.
The judge must be unbiased.
They must listen to anyone involved in the war or an alliance with someone in a war.
They will make sure no one is being cheated out of land.
They will make sure everyone is following the rules.
They will help whoever is making the map to draw boundary lines.

Land gained:
You can only get up to one-third of the person's original land.
If you win by 1-9 points you get about ⅕ of their original land.
If you win by 10-15 points you get about ¼ of their original land.
If you win by over 16 points you get ⅓ of their original land.

Keep in mind all new rules will be grandfathered in, so if you start a war/official challenge, before the new rule, the old rules apply. Also, if you think a rule is unfair, please telegram me with why it is unfair, and I will ask if we should change it or not.
