FEDERAL RULEBOOK

The following dispatch is created for the purpose of understanding the rules of the federation

Rules

While ultimately, the final say on if something is allowed or not is up to members of the committee, these rules are the definite do or do not do of the region and violating them could lead to suppression, timeouts, or if deemed necessary bans. There is no formal warning or appeal system within the federation, if it is deemed necessary committee decisions will be reviewed when we feel it necessary to review it.

  1. The RMB is primarily for role play, non role play post are to be kept to a minimum or on the discord.

  2. As mentioned, committee rulings are usually final, meaning that arguing over these decisions is prohibited.

  3. All content on the RMB is to follow Nationstates Rules. Violation of Nationstates Rules will incur punishment region side if severe enough along with any site side punishment from Nationstates Moderators.

  4. No flaming or toxicity

  5. Racism or Discrimination of any kind will result in an immediate ban.

  6. Admitting to have, or committing while within the region any severe IRL offense or crime will result in an immediate ban.*
    Primarily following US federal law, where the majority of people within the committee are from.

  7. The discord follows discord TOS, if you are below the age of 13 you are not allowed to join it and will be banned if you do.

  8. Politically charged discussions are prohibited within the region, you may however post political news within the assigned channel on discord as long as there is no debate on that news. Political satire is legal.

  9. Centaurus operates 2 roleplays at current, the respective rules for each may differ however the expectation is that when making a roleplay post for either that the post is within the confines of the rules of that RP.

  10. If you feel as if a post or idea may break the rules of the roleplays, or you wish to make your own. DM/TG/ect any member of the committee for review.

  11. The blacklist is to be followed at all times, blacklisted members may not rejoin the region unless they are pardoned by the committee. If you are caught assisting a blacklisted individual attempt to secretly re enter the region you will also be blacklisted upon discovery.

  12. The committee retains the right to punish actions outside of the rules at all times even if they are not listed here.

  13. Do not ask to be on the committee, membership on the committee is invite only.

  14. Do not attempt to recruit for other regions on our regional RMB, doing so in an official capacity will result in embassy closure.

  15. The discord follows a common sense policy, meaning that we assume you know what you can and cannot post

  16. If you are banned from the discord, you will be banned region side as well.
