ROs, are you eligible?

Hello, the new gran republic in my last dispatch I said that everyone who voted for me would become an RO this is partially true you may not become a position if you are not eligible some examples of not being eligible are:
Being an enemy nation of The New Gran Republic
Violating the law of the new gran republic
Being from an enemy region of The New Gran Republic
Spreading hate speech against the new gran republic
Or being a alt of a nation on the ban list or a nation that fits any of these categories

Please keep in mind that this is not an extensive list and you may be made an exception of by the consul. Also, please keep in mind that this is not just for the people who voted for me. This is also for anyone who wants to be a regional officer. If you are going to be a regional officer, please send a telegram to the current consul and they will review your case. Also, please keep in mind that being on this list may get you punished by the console and if you are or think you should be on this list please telegram the consul one of his main ROs and they will lessen your sentence and take your plea into consideration.

Sincerely,
Grand Milonia
