Auroran RMB Rules

RMB RULES OF AURORA
I. Posting limits
1. Single posting is fine, of course.
2. Double posting is fine, but we'd prefer if you didn't.
3. Triple posting is forbidden except in special circumstances, and triple posts will be suppressed. Tripleposters will be asked to edit their posts together. Continuing to triplepost may result in punishment.
4. Quadruple or higher posting is illegal, and quadruple posts will be suppressed. Quadruple posting more than once will result in punishment, possibly up to a ban.

II. Rudeness, trolling and harassment
1. “Swear words” are generally fine (although we'd prefer you didn't), but must have the first vowel replaced with an asterisk (*). Failure to do so will result in the post being suppressed and potentially further punishment.
2. Saying "swear words" too much will result in banjection.
3. Insulting someone with "swear words" will result in banjection.
4. Being rude/offensive to a person's religion, gender, sexuality, political views (unless they are fascists or any other far-right ideology) or race will be punished with a permanent ban from the region and all other associated communications channels, unless the offending post was unintentionally offensive (in which case the poster will be reeducated on the topic).
5. Harassment of other posters will not be tolerated.
6. Trolling will also not be tolerated. Generally, this constitutes making posts with the express purpose of annoying people and/or creating unnecessary drama. Note - if you wish to debate a point that may annoy people, that's fine. Just back up your statements or make it clear that you can do so if people wish. Freedom of speech and expression are guaranteed (with caveats) under the Constitution, so you are not forbidden from raising potentially offensive topics or points so long as they don't violate rules such as II.4. But if you make blanket statements without explanation or supporting evidence? That will be interpreted, and punished, as trolling.

III. General things
1. If mods are suppressing posts which shouldn't be suppressed, tell one of the other mods.
2. Don't be far right/fascist, it's not cool and will get you banjected.
3. Breaking NationStates rules will result in the NS moderators being alerted.
4. New members are exempt from these rules for a period of one week, as long as they do not break rules II.4, III.2 and III.3, or are generally being spammy. Please help new members and be nice to them, since they are new and may not be as aware of these rules as older members.

IV. Spam/gibberish
1. Don't. Spamming is bad. It will be punished.
2. Single posting of non-constructive sentences (i.e gibberish) is legal, as long as they have been marked as a spoiler or have a translation into a proper language below. Failure to follow said rules will result in a two week ban.

V. Campaigning
1. Any candidate may post three statements during the course of the election for which they are running.

VI. Languages
1. Any language may be spoken, as long as it is accessible through google translate, is translated into English by the speaker, or is spoken by a moderator (i.e, currently, Russian and Ukrainian).
