[1]- Some records indicate the Pact of the Sword and Spear as (015/2023), but it was submitted several days after Commending: Caldemar Leutria Quilor (November 28th, 2023 vs December 7th, 2023). As such, in accordance with the Reference Act (009/2023), The Kantrian Imperial Library has the Pact of the Sword and Spear referred to as (016/2023).
[2] - This Resolution appears to have been submitted to the Kylian Assembly before the Pact of Flame and Steel was submitted to the Delphinium Court, but was granted assent after said Pact. This also introduced a series of incorrect indexed laws afterward, which the Head Librarian is collating and will be submitting a request to the Emperor for a notice and amendment under the CLEAR Act (003/2024).
