Varen Capivara III, or simply Leader Varen, is the current Leader of the Family Dictatorship of JuniusAngeli, a vast country with strict and conservative laws. He assumed power seven days after the death of the former leader and his father, Valthor Capivara.

He studied at the renowned Academy Preparatory of Angeli and served in the border war at the age of 22 in the 89th Bombardment Group of the Air Force of the Army of JuniusAngeli, becoming a Major shortly thereafter. His government is known for radical and conservative rules, such as the prohibition of the internet for citizens and the closure of borders. He adopted an oppressive military force and moved the capital of the country from Jusesis to Santa Angeli.

Born in Santa Angeli on April 1, 256 D.R., Varen was the second son of Valthor Capivara and Zelene Teshan, becoming the heir after the mysterious death of his older brother. At 13, he was sent to the Academy Preparatory of Angeli, where he graduated in Political Science at 18. His conservative theses and unusual views on leadership demonstrated his ideologies early on.

At 18, he joined flight training, receiving significant attention for his aviation skills. When the border war began in 278 D.R., Varen joined the 89th Bombardment Group of the Air Force of the Army of JuniusAngeli, serving as a Major until 283 D.R.

In 283 D.R., Valthor Capivara died of cardiac arrest, and Varen ascended to power. Since then, he began political reforms and significant military repression at the borders, signing property laws against divorce, same-sex marriage, and polygamy, making them crimes. He prohibited technologies such as the internet and instituted the death penalty in all states.

In 287 D.R., he initiated negotiations with neighboring nations, resulting in the creation of the Triarchy, which founded the Dominatus Region.

Varen Capivara III adopts a conservative political ideology focused on maintaining social order and defending traditional values. His government emphasizes centralization of power and obedience to strict laws, reflecting a vision of society in which authority is respected and family stability is prioritized.

His greatest achievement was the creation of the Dominatus region, conceived during an economic and cultural war. The three powers engaged in devastating battles for control of the continent in a series of conflicts known as the Wars of the Triple. After decades of carnage, a fragile balance was achieved with the Pact of Dominion, ensuring the division of power among the three nations and guaranteeing the stability of their tyrannies. Dominatus was born from the need to maintain peace, controlling the continent through fear and serving as a pillar for the maintenance of power among its founders.

Varen's religious views are deeply influenced by a belief in tradition and conservative morality. He promotes a religiosity that values family unity and social hierarchy. The official religion of JuniusAngeli is Acentimontism, which worships Kisharkah and her messiah, the Capybara. Depravity and denial of religion and capybaras lead to imprisonment.
