Introduction

Whereas the Council of Asia is a self governing and independent region;
And whereas Singapore is a self governing and independent region;
And whereas the governments of Council of Asia and Singapore recognise that it is in their common interest to preserve peace and foreign relations;
Now therefore the Government of Council of Asia and the Government of Singapore agrees as follows

Article 1: Recognition of Sovereignty

a. Singapore recognises Council of Asia as an independent region, and the Council of Asia government as legitimate. Council of Asia recognises Singapore as an independent region, and the Singapore government as legitimate.

b. Pursuant to 1a: Singapore must not attempt to overthrow the government of Council of Asia and seize control of Council of Asia. Council of Asia must not attempt to overthrow the government of Singapore and seize control of Singapore.

Article 2: Military Exercises:

a. In the event that Singapore is raided, Council of Asia must cease all military operations and start and operation to liberate Singapore. In the event that Council of Asia is raided, Singapore must call upon its allies to encourage the defence and liberation of Singapore

Article 3: Diplomatic Ties

a. Singapore citizens are allowed to enter Council of Asia Discord servers. The citizens have to declare to the Current Minister of Foreign Affairs which region they are from

b. Council of Asia and Singapore citizens are allowed to post in each others RMB.

c. Singapore citizens are allowed to join Nationstates events such as N-Day in Council of Asia alliances, and will be recognised as part of the Council of Asia team in such events.

d. Council of Asia should have one ambassador positioned in Singapore that has a government position in Singapore to ensure that the Treaty of Regional Unity and Stability is being carried out.

Article 4: Treaty Procedures:

a. Council of Asia and Singapore have to pin this treaty to their World Factbook Entry to show their agreement to the treaty.

b. Both parties are not allowed to end the treaty until the end of the year of 2025.

c. Pursuant to 5b: Once the year of 2025 ends, both parties can decide on whether to edit the treaty, whether to end the treaty, or whether to let it continue throughout the following year.

d. Both parties have to sign at the bottom of the treaty to show their agreement to the treaty.
