Charter of the Warzone Trinidad Republic

Preamble
Let it be known and established herein that:

• By late June of 2024, the region of Warzone Trinidad had fallen into abandonment, anarchy, and vulnerability to capture by bad actors,

• The Sensorian Foreign Aid Commission was granted the mandate to seize full control over the region for the provision of aid and development assistance,

• At Major Update on July 8, 2024, an operation was planned and successfully carried out by the Commission and its invaluable allies, establishing the Commission’s control of the region,

• In August of 2024, the Commission voted to establish a new regional government, the Warzone Trinidad Republic, defined herein,

• This government is established for the purpose of effective regional administration.

Article I
§1: The Warzone Trinidad Republic is the lawful and sole legitimate government of Warzone Trinidad.

Article II
§1: All powers of governance shall be vested in the President of the Warzone Trinidad Republic, who shall serve as the World Assembly Delegate of Warzone Trinidad. The President shall have full authority over the region of Warzone Trinidad and the Warzone Trinidad Republic.
§2: The President shall have the authority to appoint and to dismiss regional officers at will. The President shall have the authority to create, fill, empty, and/or dissolve government positions at will.
§3: The President shall have the sole authority to determine the duration of their term and to name their successor.
§4: If the President is removed as World Assembly Delegate of Warzone Trinidad by hostile actors, they do not cease to be the President of the Warzone Trinidad Republic.
§5: The President has the sole authority to amend or dissolve this charter, and the sole authority to dissolve the Warzone Trinidad Republic.
§6: The first President of the Warzone Trinidad Republic is Sensorian Isles.

Article III
§1: A citizen of the Warzone Trinidad Republic is any nation which fulfills the following criteria:

• Resides in Warzone Trinidad

• Is not hostile to the Warzone Trinidad Republic

• Is not part of any region’s military forces, regardless of whether that region is hostile to the Warzone Trinidad Republic

• Endorses the President, if a WA member.

§2: A nation residing in Warzone Trinidad is presumed to be a citizen unless it plainly fails to qualify or is discovered not to qualify.
§3: All WA nations in Warzone Trinidad, regardless of citizenship status, are required to endorse the President for the duration of their time in the region.

Article IV
§1: The Warzone Trinidad Republic is committed to opposing fascism on NationStates.
§2: The Warzone Trinidad Republic shall have no relations or embassies with fascist or fascist-friendly regions, and nations affiliated with such regions are not welcome in Warzone Trinidad, nor are any pro-fascist nations.
