The Prevention Of fascist Ideals

This act officially declares the following ideologies to be illegal

Communism – Socialism – Fascism – Marxism -

The possession of any fascist material and or media including
books, magazines, newspapers, and any form of Digital media that promotes fascism of any kind, is hereby considered TREASON against the Holy Empire Of Salvatonia

Secondly The displaying of any fascist symbols be they - posters , clothing , banners , newspapers , animations , T.V shows , or display’s of any fascist material or symbols or emblems other then for educational material is here by outlawed and is punishable by death.

Thirdly: The creation of any fascist party is illegal and punishable by death
furthermore the gathering of more then one person in private or in public with the goal or aim of forming a fascist party is punishable by death.

This law is NOT allowed to be amended for any reason due to The Holy Empire Of Salvatonia considering a violation of this act to be treason against the nation , and thus considers it treason to amend this act in any manner by either the current or any future Government that resides within the Holy Empire Of Salvatonia or it's territories.
