Debuffs to Stability:
Defensive War | Relative to War Support, -5% for 80+ WS, -10% above 50% WS, -15% above 30%, -20% for below 30% WS.

Offensive War | Relative to War Support, no debuffs above 80% WS, -5% above 50%, -10% above 30% and -15% below 30% WS.

War Peace Stalemate | -5% if it was an offensive war, -15% if it was major. No debuffs if it was defensive.

War Peace Defeat | -10% if it was minor in an offensive war, -20% if it was major. -5% if it was minor in a defensive war, -20% if it was major.

Un-ideological Action | -5%

Political Party/Paramilitary Ban | -5%, or -15% if they were very large

Breaking International Agreement | -5%, unless it was HIGHLY unpopular in which case no debuff

Negative GDP Growth | -5% yearly

Major Fiscal Crisis | -20%

Police Crackdown | -5%

Buffs to Stability:
War Peace Victory | +5% if it was a minor offensive war, +15% if it was major, +10% if it was a minor defensive war, +20% if it was major.

War Peace Stalemate | +5% if it was a minor defensive war, +10% if it was major.

New Elected Party/Head of State | +10%

Popular Action (ie worker reform) | +5%

Positive GDP Growth | +5% yearly

End of Fiscal Crisis | +10%
