Treaty of the Royales
The Countries of the Treaty of the Royales, following this Treaty, adhere to request membership in the Organization of the Treaty of the Royales.
Article 1 - Secretary-General-State
1.1: The Thelottine shall be the Secretary-General-State of the Organization of the Treaty of the Royales forever.
1.2: The Secretary-General-State shall have the power to accept membership from a state, to disband the Organization of the Treaty of the Royales, to modify the Treaty of the Royales, to remove the Consulate-States and to nominate 1 state to the Consulate-States.
1.3: The Secretary-General-State, following Article 1.1, shall not be removed or fired from his position.
1.4: The Secretary-General-State shall have the power to put in place a motion.
Article 2 - Consul-State
2.1: The WA Delegate shall be the Consul-State.
2.2: The Consul-State shall have the power to nominate the Consulate-States, to represent the Organization of the Treaty of the Royales in the World Assembly and to nominate a Security Council Delegate.
2.3: The Consul-State shall have the power to remove any nations with the permission of the Secretary-General-State.
2.4: The Consul-State mandate time shall be 3 months.
Article 3 - Consulate-States
3.1: The Consulate-States shall be in the States Court.
3.2: The Consulate-States shall be choosed following Artice 2.2.
3.3: The Consulate-States shall have the power to propose motions in the Superior Chamber.
Article 4 - States Court
4.1: The States Court shall have the power to repeal any motions made by both Superior and Inferior Chambers.
4.2: The States Court shall have the power to vote on removal for countries.
4.3: The States Court shall have the power to make motions to punish countries.
Article 5 - Superior Chamber
5.1: Two states shall be elected by the inferior chambers to take the positions of Super-States.
5.2: The Super-States Mandates shall be of 3 months.
5.3: The Super-States's Votes, if both have the same opinion, shall be counted as 3 votes.
5.4: The Superior Chamber shall approve motions in the inferior chamber in order for the inferior chamber's motions to be in order.
5.5: The Superior Chamber shall have the power to make motions.
Article 6 - Inferior Chamber
6.1: The Inferior Chamber shall have the power to make motions.
6.2: The Inferior Chamber shall approve motions in the Superior Chamber in order for the Superior Chamber's motions to be in order.
Article 7 - Inferior and Superior Union of Vote
7.1: If both Inferior and Superior Chambers approve a motion with 100% of both Superior and Inferior Chamber member-states approving it, the motion shall never be repealed.
7.2: If both Inferior and Superior Chambers approve a motion to modify this treaty with 100% of both Superior and Inferior Chamber member-states approving it, this treaty shall be modified.
THIS TREATY SHALL BE THE FOUNDATION OF A NEW ORGANIZATION, THE ORGANIZATION OF THE TREATY OF THE ROYALES.
