Preamble

We, The Nations Of Pussy,
United under the ideas of democracy
Strong because of our diversity
Determined to build this great region
We Declare this document our constitution, the highest of all laws.

Regional Symbolism

Article 1

Regional Symbolism consists of flags, banners, and other symbols that officially represent the region of Pussy.

Article 2

Nations can request over the Pussy RMB to change or add to the regional symbolism. Once they post their suggestion, and that suggestion is approved by one or more of Pussy's government officials, all citizens of Pussy can decide in a 1 day poll on if the suggestion is to be accepted or not.

Bill of Rights

Article 1

Citizens have the right to live in a democratic region where all nations are equal under the law.

Article 2

Citizens have the right to live in a region free from racism, sexism, fascism, homophobia and other forms of hate and bigotry. Nations forfeit their citizenship if they expresse hate or bigotry.

Article 3

All citizens of Pussy have the freedom of and from religion.

Article 4

Citizens have a right to safety. All citizens of Pussy are protected under this constitution, even if in another region.

Article 5

Every citizen has the right to run for election and the right to vote in elections.

Article 6

Citizens of Pussy have the right to privacy.

Article 7

Citizens of Pussy have the right to free speech.

Political System

Article 1

Pussy is a democratic sovereign region organized for the good of all nations.

Article 2

The name of this region is Pussy, the main language is English, but accommodations can be made for the Spanish and Portuguese languages upon request.

Article 3

Pussy is a leftist region.

Article 4

Any nation can propose a law by posting a dispatch in the regional RMB. All members of the government vote on the proposal. If a majority of officials vote in favor, and the proposal does not violate the constitution, the proposal is law.

Article 5

Government position: Founder

Roles: Votes on proposals and can fill in for any official if they are not or can not do the tasks required of them.

Term: Unelected

Article 6

Government position: Interpreter

Roles: Votes on proposals, Decides if proposals follow the constitution, offers assistance for non-english-language needs. Manages elections, polls, and votes.

Checks and Balances: Other government officials can question the interpretation of the constitution. If someone does this, a one day poll will be launched and citizens will decide if the proposal violates the constitution.

Term: Unlimited terms. Elected every 2 months

Article 7

Government position: Foreign Diplomat

Roles: Votes on proposals. Forms friendly relations with regions across Nation States, which includes but is not limited to, forming embassies, negotiating treaties, amd representing Pussy Interregionaly.

Checks and Balances: Policy can be passed which limits the power of the Foreign Diplomat, such as rules that regulate what regions Pussy accepts embassies with.

Term: Unlimited terms. Elected every 2 months

Article 8

Government Position: Regional Officer

Roles: Votes on proposals. Makes sure nations are following the constitution and all other laws. If a nation violated the constitution or other regional laws, the Regional Officer must declare that the nation has forfeited their Pussy citizenship via the regional RMB. After doing this, the Regional Officer can take whatever action they feel is best to deal with the nation.

Checks and Balances: Nations can appeal the decisions made by the Regional Officer by sending telegrams to other governments officials. If the nation can get 2 or more officials to agree with them, the decision will be overturned.

Term: Unlimited terms. Elected every 2 months

Article 9

Government Position: WA Delegate

Roles: Votes on proposals. Manages all W.A related activities.

Term: Unlimited terms. Elected every 2 months

Article 10

Government Position: Head of Activities

Roles: Votes on proposals. Makes sure every citizen in Pussy enjoys themselves. Can organize events, fun polls, questions, RP, ect.

Term: Unlimited terms. Elected every 2 months

Citizenship

Article 1

Citizenship is granted to all nations residing in Pussy

Article 2

Only citizens can run for office

Article 3

If someone violates this constitution, their citizenship has been forfeited, meaning they are no longer protected by Pussy and no laws in pussy apply to them. Non-citizens can be banned and censored by the Pussy state.

Article 4

Fascists, racists, homophobes, sexists and bigots automatically forfeit their citizenship.

Article 5

Nations forfeit their citizenship if they leave Pussy. This rule does not apply to government officials.

Defence and Offense

Article 1

It is the responsibility of all citizens to defend Pussy against all attacks.

Article 2

Pussy is internationally nutural, and will not participate in any raiding or defending

Article 3

The rights of nations attempting to raid Pussy are not protected under this constitution, they are forfeited the moment said nation decides to work against Pussy.

Effect of This Constitution

Article 1

This Constitution overrules all other laws

Article 2

Laws that violate this constitution are to be rendered null.

Amendment of This Constitution

Article 1

This constitution may be amended with over 66% of the popular vote.

Article 2

The vote to amend this constitution shall last 48 hours and be open to all citizens of Pussy.
