The Chairwoman of the National Government and Supreme National Government Reconstruction Council of Everlasting Kawaii Empire, the Governor and Wolfinian Motherland of Weebunism, and the Governor of Coyphus:
- Noticing, the importance of multiregional relations to maintain peace in each region and nations within the regions,
Acknowledging, the sovereignty of every region and nation is the absolute right of every region and nation in NationStates,
Realizing, regional level threats often occur and disrupt regional and national order,
Hereby;
Forming the Asuka Confederation (ASCON / AC) as an association between the regions that are members of this declaration,
Bringing together regions and nations to unite in peace and mutually beneficial cooperation,
Fighting against all forms of oppression of the sovereignty of a region or nation inside and outside the Confederation,
Affirming resistance to Fascism, and Neo-Colonialism,
Prioritizing peaceful pathways and dialogue between regional heads to achieve the goal of peace in NationStates
